Prime Minister Najib Mikati and his wife expressed their condolences to the family of Pascal Sleiman, the Lebanese Forces official in Jbeil, this afternoon at St. George's Maronite Cathedral in downtown Beirut. Mikati confirmed in a statement to Al-Jadeed that "a very important solution concerning the Syrian refugee issue is being worked on and will be revealed at the end of April." He added, "I have previously proposed solutions and plans regarding the refugee issue, but none were implemented; however, today, the solutions are ready for application."
