Baghdad Shines... Announcement of Opening Dates for 5 New Vital Projects

The Ministry of Construction, Housing, Municipalities, and Public Works in Iraq announced today, Friday, the completion and opening dates for 5 vital projects in the capital Baghdad. Ministry spokesperson Nabil Al-Saffar stated that "development work on Aden Square is ongoing as planned," confirming that "the project will open in the second half of the current year 2024." He added that "the Qurtubah Bridge will be inaugurated in April, followed by the opening of the Shalajiya Bridge before the middle of 2024, while the two bridges and the Army Canal projects will be completed and opened in the second half of 2024."
