Israeli warplanes conducted two airstrikes on the town of Aita al-Shaab last night. The first strike targeted the northern outskirts of the town, in the vicinity of Khallat Wardah, while the second strike targeted the center of the town. According to preliminary information, the airstrikes hit two vacant houses, with no reported injuries. The hostile shelling also affected the towns of Bledah and Mais al-Jabal. The skies over the towns in the Tyre district witnessed extensive flights of warplanes and drones. Earlier, the Israeli army opened heavy machine gun fire towards the outskirts of the town of Nakoura, Jabal al-Labouneh, Almaa al-Shaab, and Ramiyah. Israeli media reported that a "Burkan missile targeted an Israeli army position in western Galilee."

Resistance Statement

Late at night, the Islamic Resistance issued the following statement: "While an Israeli force was moving around the Malakiyah outpost, our fighters targeted it with several artillery shells at approximately (9:45 PM) on Sunday, March 3, 2024, and achieved direct hits."
