The Qatari Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Qatar, discussed via telephone with Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian ways to de-escalate the situation in the region, particularly to end the war in Gaza and to facilitate aid into the sector.
