Substitute Sinisterra completed his team's tally during injury time, raising Bournemouth’s points to 25 from 18 matches in 10th place, three points ahead of 11th-place Chelsea.
Bournemouth, which did not secure any wins in its first nine league matches this season, has maintained an unbeaten record in the last seven matches, including six victories. They will face Tottenham Hotspur away on Sunday while hosting Fulham against their rival Arsenal.
