Saudi Arabia Announces Its Full Solidarity with Iran

The Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that "the government is following with great concern the media reports regarding the helicopter transporting Iranian President Ibrahim Raisi and his accompanying delegation." The ministry stated: "While we pray to the Almighty to protect His Excellency and his companions and keep them under His care and protection, we affirm the Kingdom's support for the sisterly Islamic Republic of Iran in these difficult circumstances and its readiness to provide any assistance needed by the Iranian authorities."
