Video: Jordan Sends New Humanitarian Aid to Gaza

Today, Tuesday, the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan has dispatched a new land convoy of humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip, consisting of 75 trucks loaded with food and relief supplies. The Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization coordinated this food aid convoy to Gaza in collaboration with the Jordanian Armed Forces (Arab Army), in partnership with the World Food Programme (WFP), the Humanitarian Appeal – Britain, the Qatar Red Crescent, and the Charity and Mercy Association Worldwide.

The convoy, made up of 75 trucks, is set to cross the King Hussein Bridge towards the Kerem Shalom crossing to deliver and distribute the aid to the families in Gaza through partner organizations in the sector, according to the organization. The Secretary-General of the organization, Hussein Al-Shibli, emphasized "the importance of addressing the food supply shortage in the Gaza Strip," explaining that the organization "is working to ensure the continuous entry of food aid to the sector and to increase the volume of the aid sent as quickly as possible."
