Hezbollah Denies Reports of Deaths Among Its Members

Sources in Hezbollah denied media reports concerning the deaths of three members of the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon - Hezbollah, in an Israeli airstrike in central Syria. The sources from the resistance stated that the Israeli army targeted a truck on the Al-Furqlus – Homs road, and the driver managed to escape by jumping from the truck. The sources confirmed that "there were no members of Hezbollah in the truck." Last Wednesday evening, the Israeli army launched an air assault targeting a site in central Syria and a residential building in the coastal area of Baniyas, which resulted in the death of a child and injuries to 10 civilians.
