Mohammed bin Zayed Discusses Cooperation Relations with Haqqani

The UAE President Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan received an Afghan delegation headed by Sirajuddin Haqqani, the Minister of Interior. During the meeting, which took place at the Al Bateen Palace in Abu Dhabi, both sides discussed enhancing the friendship and cooperation between the two countries and ways to develop them to achieve common interests and contribute to the stability of the region, especially in economic and developmental fields, as well as supporting reconstruction and development in Afghanistan, according to "WAM." For his part, the Afghan Minister of Interior expressed his happiness to meet with His Highness the President, praising the distinguished relations between the UAE and Afghanistan.
