Guinness World Records Graces Al Hilal's Championship Ceremony

The Guinness World Records decorated the championship ceremony of Al Hilal for winning the Pro League, as it was present at the "Kingdom Arena" in the Saudi capital, Riyadh, today, Friday, to honor the "Leader" for its world record of winning 34 consecutive matches across various competitions. Kenzi Al-Dafrawi, a representative from Guinness, appeared in a video before the award ceremony, stating: "Welcome... I am here today to honor Al Hilal and to announce that it has achieved the record for consecutive victories in the history of football." Al Hilal surpassed The New Saints of Wales, which had achieved 27 consecutive wins, thus writing its name in golden letters in football history. The "Leader's" historic streak came to an end when it lost to Al Ain of the UAE with a score of (2-4) during last April in the first leg of the AFC Champions League semi-finals.
