A Spanish media report revealed today, Thursday, the plans of Achraf Hakimi, the star of Paris Saint-Germain, regarding his future. The newspaper "Mundo Deportivo" mentioned that Hakimi is seriously considering following in the footsteps of his teammate Kylian Mbappe by requesting to leave the team in the summer of 2025, before the end of his contract by one year.
The report stated that "this move would boost the finances of Paris, but if the club's management refuses, the Moroccan star will have to stay until the end of his contract in the summer of 2026 and leave for free."
It pointed out that Hakimi is planning to return to Real Madrid and reunite with his friend Kylian Mbappe, who is rumored to have agreed to move to the royal club next summer.
The report noted that Achraf Hakimi is well acquainted with the atmosphere of playing at Real Madrid, as he progressed through the club for 13 years before being promoted to the first team in late 2017, before being loaned to Borussia Dortmund in the summer of 2018.
"Mundo Deportivo" also highlighted that Carlo Ancelotti is impressed by the talents of the Moroccan international, who is considered one of the best players in the world in his position. It concluded its report by stating that Real Madrid needs to strengthen the right flank, given Dani Carvajal's advancing age and the forced reliance on Lucas Vazquez.
