Israel has confirmed the death of Raef Salama, the commander of the Khan Younis Brigade of Hamas, in the airstrike that targeted the Mawasi area yesterday, Saturday. It clarified that the goal of the strike was to eliminate Salama and the commander of Hamas's military wing in the Gaza Strip, Mohammed Deif. It is noted that over 90 Palestinians were killed and approximately 300 were injured yesterday in several consecutive Israeli airstrikes on the Mawasi area.
