The European Union naval mission for ship protection announced the destruction of two drones in the Gulf of Aden today, Sunday. The mission, named "Aspides," started in February 2024 to counter attacks with drones and missiles on ships in the region carried out by "Ansar Allah" in the Red Sea. Last June, the European naval mission in the Red Sea stated that it had assisted 164 ships and shot down 12 drones and 4 missiles.
