Ancelotti Rejects Keeping Real Madrid Player

Italian coach Carlo Ancelotti has rejected the idea of keeping one of the Real Madrid players at the "Santiago Bernabéu" for the upcoming season. According to the newspaper "AS," Ancelotti has declined to keep defender Jesús Vallejo at Real Madrid for next season following his return from a loan spell with Granada.

It was noted that Vallejo will leave Real Madrid after being linked with the club for nearly a decade, having moved from Zaragoza to the royal club in 2015. The report explained that Ancelotti will not rely on Vallejo next season, and the club is open to his departure for a low offer, especially since his contract expires in 2025.

The article mentioned that Vallejo will not play under Ancelotti, who refuses to keep him as the fourth defender on the team, even if Real Madrid fails to sign Lenny Yoro, the Lille defender. Ancelotti prefers to rely on defender Marvel from the academy or use Aurélien Tchouaméni in that position if the Yoro deal does not materialize.
