An informed Iranian source revealed today, Thursday, that General Ismail Qaani, the commander of the Quds Force of the Revolutionary Guard, conducted visits to several countries in the past few days, including Iraq, Syria, and Lebanon. According to the source, who spoke to "Baghdad Today" on the condition of anonymity, "General Ismail Qaani met during his visit to the resistance frontlines with senior leaders and officials of the Islamic resistance and emphasized the Islamic Republic of Iran's support for the resistance against the Zionist entity in the region."
The source noted that "General Qaani visited Iraq on Monday of this week, having arrived from Syria, and prior to that, he was in Lebanon." He stated that "the Quds Force leader reaffirmed to senior officials in the resistance axis that Tehran stands by the resistance following the conclusion of the Iranian early presidential elections."
Additionally, the source mentioned that "General Qaani stated that supporting the Islamic resistance, especially in Palestine, and the steadfastness of the people of Gaza, is one of the enduring strategic policies agreed upon by the pillars of the Iranian regime." According to the Iranian source, "Leaders of resistance factions from Iraq, Syria, Palestine, Yemen, and Lebanon were present at the meeting and appreciated the comprehensive support provided by the Islamic Republic of Iran."
