A member of Hezbollah's Central Council, Nabil Qaouq, announced that the numerous ongoing Israeli threats are "a sign of weakness and impotence, not strength." He indicated that "threats and intimidation do not alter the reality of the enemy's defeat." Qaouq emphasized that "Israel's threats have had the opposite effect, as they have increased the fear among settlers in the north and elsewhere, plunging them deeper into a sea of fear."
The Hezbollah leader pointed out that "enemy leaders threaten while trembling, and the ground is on fire beneath their feet," asserting that "Lebanon is strong and does not beg for its security from anyone; what protects Lebanon is the strength, equations, and surprises of the resistance." He also noted that "the supporting fronts from Lebanon, Iraq, and Yemen have established new equations that have changed the face of the region." He stated, "If the enemy dismisses and ignores all international resolutions, it cannot disregard the drones, missiles, capabilities, and surprises of the resistance and its fronts in the region."
