Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, announced on Monday the targeting of an Israeli military jeep with an explosive device in the Tal Al-Hawa neighborhood of Gaza City, according to "Russia Today." Al-Qassam stated in a message via Telegram: "We targeted an occupying army jeep with an explosive device in the Chaliha area west of the Tal Al-Hawa neighborhood in Gaza City." Israeli media had reported on a security incident in the Tal Al-Hawa area in the southwest of Gaza City, noting that a rescue helicopter from the Israeli army landed south of the neighborhood. According to Israeli media, three soldiers who were injured in the area were transferred to hospitals inside Israel. Al-Qassam later announced in a separate statement that "its fighters successfully targeted a Zionist personnel carrier with a 'Shawaz 3' explosive device at the 17th roundabout and a Zionist D9 bulldozer with another 'Shawaz 3' explosive device on Al-Rasheed street west of the Tal Al-Hawa neighborhood in Gaza City." In another statement, Al-Qassam said, "The Al-Qassam Brigades targeted a Zionist tank of the 'Merkava 4' type with a pre-prepared landmine in the advancing axis, and Al-Qassam fighters managed to inflict casualties among a Zionist force after engaging with light and medium weapons in the industrial area of the Tal Al-Hawa neighborhood west of Gaza City."
