Former Minister Georges Corm passed away at the age of 84. Georges Corm served as Minister of Finance in the government of President Selim Hoss (1998/2000). He was a Lebanese economic and financial expert, specializing in Middle Eastern affairs and the Mediterranean countries. He was a consultant for international institutions and private and public financial and banking firms, as well as a member of the Arab Center for Research and Policy Studies.
