The Israeli army issued evacuation orders today, Wednesday, for citizens in several areas of northern Gaza. Local sources reported that the evacuation orders were issued in the Beit Hanoun area and the neighborhoods of Al-Manashiya, Sheikh Zayed, and the displaced in northern Gaza. The mentioned area has witnessed forced displacement since early Wednesday morning following the Israeli army's demand for evacuation, according to the Palestinian news agency "Wafa."
The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) stated in a report last week that the forced evacuation orders issued by the occupying army have become a daily occurrence for citizens of Gaza, who are compelled to leave to save their lives. It added that families are forced to move repeatedly, knowing that safety does not exist anywhere in Gaza. According to the latest statistics, the number of displaced individuals in Gaza has reached about two million, with 1.7 million living in the Al-Mawasi area in southwestern Gaza under horrifying living conditions, according to a previous statement by the international humanitarian organization Oxfam.
