Ukrainian Deputy Prime Minister Iryna Vereshchuk indicated that "Kyiv is working to establish a secure zone in Kursk, Russia, and intends to arrange humanitarian assistance and open corridors for civilians wishing to go either to Russia or Ukraine." She added on the Telegram app today, Wednesday, that Ukraine also intends to organize the entry of international humanitarian organizations into the region.
