The Palestinian news agency reported today, Saturday, that more than 100 Palestinians were killed and dozens injured as a result of an Israeli bombardment of the "Ta'been" school, which houses displaced persons in the Daraj neighborhood in eastern Gaza City. The agency stated that civil defense teams in the Gaza Strip are currently working to retrieve bodies and rescue the injured, most of whom are elderly and children. Distressing scenes depict the massacre committed by the occupation against the residents in targeting the Ta'been school in the Daraj neighborhood of Gaza City.
Hamas commented on the bombing of the Ta'been school, saying that "the widespread Israeli violations against civilians would not continue without American support." They added: "We call on Arab and Islamic countries, as well as the international community, to take urgent action to stop the massacres. The massacre at the Ta'been school is a horrific crime and a dangerous escalation."
According to Hamas's media office, "the Israeli army is committing a massacre inside the Ta'been school in Gaza City, resulting in the deaths of more than 100 and dozens injured. This falls within the framework of clear genocide and ethnic cleansing against our Palestinian people." They further stated that "the Israeli army directly bombed the displaced people during their dawn prayers, and due to the high number of casualties, the medical teams, civil defense, and emergency relief teams have not been able to retrieve the bodies so far."
Hamas declared that the Ta'been massacre in the Daraj neighborhood is a continuation of the Nazi-style extermination against our people, and that the American administration is complicit in these crimes.
