The first group of Palestinian refugees who were evacuated and arrived in Dagestan last month received Russian identity cards today, Saturday. According to a representative from the migration department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Dagestan, among those who received identity cards were 26 men and 19 women, including 7 minors, the youngest of whom is 14 years old. Dagestan's Deputy Prime Minister Abdul Rahman Mukhadov commented on the matter, stating that "obtaining an identity card grants the right to enjoy the rights and privileges enshrined in the Constitution of the Russian Federation, and provides the right to receive medical care, education, and enter the professional life."
