Middle East Airlines announced in a statement that "following the previous announcement regarding the modification of the schedules of some flights coming to Beirut on July 28-29, 2024, for technical reasons related to the distribution of insurance risks for aircraft between Lebanon and abroad, the company also announces changes to some of its flights to and from Beirut for July 29, 2024, according to the attached schedule."
Previously, Middle East Airlines - Lebanese International Airlines announced that the return of some of its flights to Beirut would be delayed from the evening of July 28, 2024, to the morning of July 29, 2024, according to the following schedule:

All flights are according to the local time of each city. The airline pointed out that "passengers booked exclusively on the aforementioned flights are allowed to change their reservations once for free."
In this context, the Chairman of the Board of Middle East Airlines, Mohammed El-Hout, stated in an interview with "Al-Jadeed" that "the delay of flights arriving in the early morning to Beirut airport until tomorrow is due to our preference to avoid having a large number of aircraft at the airport at the same time," confirming that "there is no information indicating an attack targeting the airport, and there is no fear of that."
