The Public Relations Department of the Beirut Municipality announced in a statement that, as part of ongoing efforts to remove violations, encroachments, and obstructions affecting citizen movement, the Traffic Department of the Beirut Municipality, under the guidance of Beirut Governor Judge Marwan Abboud, supported by the Beirut City Guard Regiment and the Beirut Police in the General Directorate of Internal Security Forces, conducted a field campaign in the Al-Musaytbeh area, specifically in the vegetable market in the Al-Lijja district.
The campaign resulted in the removal of illegal encroachments and obstructions that had spread to sidewalks, roads, and public property, hindering the movement of pedestrians and vehicles, as part of efforts to prevent encroachments and adhere to applicable regulations.
