The South Lebanon Water Authority has issued a statement to subscribers in Sidon, notifying them of reduced water supply due to repeated disruptions in the electrical service line.
The authority explained that, while it is making extra efforts to maintain water supply, it cannot ensure continuous electrical service, which is beyond its control. Although generators are being used to mitigate power outages, this is insufficient to provide the necessary water supply.
The authority urges all subscribers to conserve and limit their water usage as much as possible until normal water supply resumes.
