Today, Tuesday, the fifth edition of the Future Investment Initiative was launched in Riyadh under the title "Investing in Humanity," with the participation of a number of executives, investors, and global decision-makers. The Saudi Public Investment Fund is participating as a founding partner of the initiative, and discussions will focus on investments that would yield the greatest benefit to humanity, as multiple sectors are witnessing an economic revival in the post-pandemic era.
The initiative, which spans three days from October 26 to 28, 2021, will include interactive summit conferences on investment in education, the metaverse, and standards for environmental, social, and corporate governance. It is worth noting that the fifth edition of the Future Investment Initiative brings together leaders of countries, companies, policymakers, investors, and innovators from around the world in a global forum to explore leading solutions that address societal challenges and work towards implementing those solutions.
The Future Investment Initiative Foundation has announced 16 partnerships with a selection of the largest companies and institutions in the world during this fifth session. These partners will support the global non-profit organization to create an impact in five areas: artificial intelligence, robotics, education, healthcare, and sustainability.
