The Kuwaiti Ministry of Interior released today the individuals convicted in the case of concealing the Abdali cell, with a large number of their relatives present outside the central prison to welcome them. The Kuwaiti newspaper Al-Qabas learned that the Ministry of Interior, represented by the Criminal Execution Department, released 20 individuals included in the amnesty decree.
