The Chinese company "Autoflight" has unveiled a prototype of the V1500M air taxi at the Zhuhai Airshow. The new V1500M aircraft is designed to transport 4 people over a distance of up to 250 km, a significant range for a vertical take-off and landing electric aircraft. These small aircraft will be able to fly at speeds of up to 200 km/h, with a maximum range of 250 km when fully loaded, and the maximum take-off weight for the air taxi will be 1500 kg. The company has announced that it will begin accepting orders for the production of these aircraft, expecting licensed operations for these models to commence by 2024. It is worth noting that the term air taxi refers to small electric vertical take-off and landing aircraft capable of carrying passengers for short-distance flights.
