The General Authority of Civil Aviation in Saudi Arabia confirmed today that the Tawakkalna application is a requirement for travelers to enter domestic and international airports. The authority clarified in a circular to national carriers that it is working with the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority and relevant entities, and coordination is ongoing for the electronic link to issue a boarding pass before heading to the airport for travelers whose status in the application is immune or who have not been proven to be infected. The authority noted that entry to the airports will only be permitted through the use of the application at three screening areas upon entering the airport, which include workers, travelers, employees, and all airport visitors.
