Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced today (Sunday) that Ukraine will establish an "International" foreign legion of volunteers from abroad. Zelensky stated in a press release, "This will be the main evidence of your support for our country," as reported by Reuters. The Ukrainian news agency clarified that according to military service regulations, a presidential decree issued in 2016 allows foreigners to voluntarily join the Ukrainian armed forces under contracts.
