Death Toll from Wildfires in Algeria Rises to 42

Algerian Prime Minister Ayman Ben Abdel Rahman said on Tuesday that 42 people, including 25 military personnel, have died in wildfires that erupted east of Algiers. Ben Abdel Rahman stated on government television that the government has requested assistance from the international community and is in talks with partners to rent aircraft for firefighting efforts.
