American billionaire Elon Musk announced his support for Ukraine, which is under attack from Russia, by activating his "Starlink" satellite internet service. Musk wrote on his Twitter account: "Starlink services are now active in Ukraine... more terminals on the way," according to the German news agency. Ukrainian Deputy Prime Minister Mykhailo Fedorov stated that Musk's move came in response to a request from the Ukrainian Minister of Digital Transformation. Fedorov reached out to Musk directly via Twitter, noting that while Musk tries to "colonize Mars," Russia is attempting to occupy Ukraine. He said: "While your rockets successfully land from space, Russian missiles are attacking Ukrainian civilians." He added: "We ask you to provide Ukraine with Starlink terminals and to address the rational people in Russia to take a stand."
