Artist Mounir Mokaram, a member of the Actors Syndicate, stated in a special comment to "Masrawy" that the health condition of the renowned artist Samir Ghanem and his wife, actress Dalal Abdel Aziz, has begun to stabilize after their recent health struggles. Media personality Rami Radwan, husband of artist Donia Samir Ghanem, announced that his father-in-law Samir Ghanem and mother-in-law Dalal Abdel Aziz had contracted the coronavirus and were transferred to the hospital. He wrote on his Facebook account: "I thank everyone who tried to reach out, and I ask for your understanding... Unfortunately, the dearest and purest people, my beloved Samir Ghanem and Dalal Abdel Aziz, have contracted COVID-19 days ago. They are currently in the hospital receiving the necessary care; I kindly ask you to pray for them."
Rami Radwan also wrote days ago on Facebook: "To all the fans of these two beloved stars... we have not yet passed the critical stage, so we ask you to pray for them... for prayer is the only thing that can change fate, as our beloved Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said." He concluded: "O Allah, grant Samir Ghanem and Dalal Abdel Aziz, as well as all patients, healing that leaves no trace of illness, O Lord of the worlds... My God, remove the affliction, Lord of mankind, heal and You are the Healer; there is no healing except Your healing, healing that leaves no trace of illness... O Allah, we ask You for Your immense kindness, generosity, mercy, and beautiful protection to grant them health and wellness... there is no refuge nor escape from You except to You; You are capable of all things."
