No Government News... No Appointments

There is no noteworthy development in the government file, as the appointed president Najib Mikati has not yet visited the Baabda Palace, and he maintains his position that he submitted a government formation to President Michel Aoun, who is expected to respond to it. In this context, member of the "Strong Lebanon" bloc, MP Jimmy Jabour, pointed out that "there are no schedules for appointments on the horizon, and nothing new until the Parliament session on Tuesday, after which actions will be taken accordingly." However, Jabour emphasized in a conversation with "Anbaa" electronic news that forming a government as soon as possible is essential, and he believes that the changes and upcoming events necessitate this approach, especially those related to negotiations with the International Monetary Fund and maritime border negotiations. He stated: "I do not think there is anyone without a sense of responsibility to overlook this file."
