Title: Judge Al-Hajjar Receives Investigation Reports in Shooting Incident Against Municipal Head

The Information Branch of the Internal Security Forces has concluded its preliminary investigations, supervised by the Deputy Government Commissioner at the Military Court, Judge Hani Hilmi Al-Hajjar, regarding the shooting incident against the head of the Baqaasferin municipality, lawyer Bilal Zawd, in the Al-Dumm and Al-Farz area of Tripoli, and the attempted murder that occurred on March 2nd of this year. This incident is tied to the Al-Qurna Al-Sawda incident, which resulted in the deaths of two young men from Bsharri. The branch has handed over the investigation reports concerning four detainees to Judge Al-Hajjar, who is currently reviewing the case in preparation for filing charges against the four detainees and several individuals who are currently in hiding, and will refer them to the military investigative judge.
