In her message, she added: "Every year I am surprised by myself how I have started to take things more simply, dealing with complexities more flexibly, and ignoring distractions most of the time… and tackling challenges with more mature and aware solutions." Tafesh continued: "I still have many lessons ahead of me to learn and grow from… My life today is more beautiful than ever, my health and fitness are stronger than ever; time was truly just an illusion."
She summarized the changes that have occurred in her life, stating: "My mind and soul are in contemplation and harmony among the stars, planets, and galaxies while my feet are firmly planted on the ground and rooted like tree roots.
