Lebanon's Camps: Between General Ibrahim and Azam Al-Ahmad

The Embassy of the State of Palestine in Lebanon issued a statement indicating that "Azam Al-Ahmad, a member of the Executive Committees of the Palestine Liberation Organization and the Central Committee of Fatah Movement, visited today the Director General of General Security in Lebanon, Major General Abbas Ibrahim, in the presence of Palestinian Ambassador Ashraf Dabbour and Secretary of Fatah Movement and the factions of the Palestine Liberation Organization in Lebanon, Fathi Abu Al-Ardat." The statement highlighted that "the meeting included discussions on the general situation in Palestine, especially in light of the continued Israeli occupation's colonial settlement activities throughout the West Bank, land confiscation, and the demolition of citizens' homes, particularly in Jerusalem, as well as the protection of occupation forces for settler incursions into Al-Aqsa Mosque on a daily basis. The situation in the Palestinian camps was also discussed from all aspects."
