"In the Madrid Match": Ronaldo Faces Unexpected "Insult"

Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo was surprised by continuous boos from the crowd in Madrid during a friendly match between his national team and Spain. Ronaldo led his team against Spain at the Wanda Metropolitano Stadium in Madrid on Friday evening, in a preparatory match that ended in a goalless draw. According to the "Marca" newspaper, from the moment Ronaldo entered the field for warm-up and throughout the 90 minutes of the match, the crowd in Madrid did not stop booing whenever he touched the ball.

This may seem somewhat strange, especially since Madrid is predominantly home to Real Madrid fans, the club where Ronaldo spent nine years and led to achieve all possible titles. This was Ronaldo's first match in front of a crowd in over a year, but his extensive experience has accustomed him to dealing with boos wherever he goes.

On the other hand, Spain's coach Luis Enrique also faced strong boos during the match. The crowd's anger towards Enrique might be due to his strange choices in the lineup and the absence of any Real Madrid player from the national team, marking a historic first time.
