New details have emerged regarding the incident of the "human plumber," for which Egyptian authorities arrested the individual and closed his center two days ago. Investigations revealed that artists and celebrities were receiving treatment from the accused, Yusuf Khairy Abdel Rahim, and agreed to have their treatments filmed. He subsequently uploaded these videos to a dedicated Facebook page for the center, including details about the center, its address, working hours, and phone numbers to attract patients suffering from bone and joint pains at high prices. The fees would double for home treatment requests.

Despite the Natural Therapy Syndicate accusing the suspect of fraud and forging his graduation certificate, asserting he had not studied physical therapy, his father, Khairy Abdel Rahim, denied these claims, stating his son has certified qualifications in sports rehabilitation and sports injuries.

Videos shared by the accused on social media featured a list of celebrities who sought treatment from him, including Amir Karara, Mona Fadali, Mohammed Abdel Rahman, Mohammed Anwar, Dalia Mustafa, Magid Al-Masry, and singer Sandy, the latter nearly suffering from paralysis.

Egyptian authorities decided to remand the suspect for 15 days on charges of identity fraud and practicing physical therapy without a license. Dr. Sami Saad, the head of the Physical Therapy Doctors Syndicate, stated that the accused is not registered with the syndicate and has never graduated from a physical therapy college, which prompted authorities to launch a raid on the center, leading to his arrest and the center's closure.
