AC Milan has officially signed midfielder Soualiho Meite on loan until the end of the current season from Torino.
AC Milan confirmed on its official website that Soualiho Meite has joined the team on loan until the end of the season, with an option to buy at the conclusion of the loan period.
The club stated that the 27-year-old player will wear the number 18 jersey for the remainder of the season. Reports indicate that the transfer value for Soualiho Meite is between 8 and 9 million euros.
Meite plays in the midfield and has made 14 appearances in Serie A this season for Torino, scoring one goal and providing one assist, while also participating in two matches in the Coppa Italia.
Notably, AC Milan is currently at the top of the Serie A standings with 40 points, followed by their rivals Inter Milan in second place with 37 points.
