Farmers Suffer from Power Outages

The President of the Farmers' Union in Lebanon, Jihad Bloq, stated in a press release that "the acceptance of Iranian fuel aid seems to be heading in a direction that we hope will bring positive outcomes, especially after the meeting between the Prime Minister and the Iranian ambassador to discuss the matter. We hope that the intentions are good and that this leads to a quick solution without further wasting time." He thanked everyone who has engaged in union efforts and will continue to demand and exert pressure until a positive result is achieved and we obtain secure electricity, as the issue of power outages has reached an unbearable level, with the greatest losses impacting the poor, including farmers. He expressed hope that all Lebanese, in different positions, would engage with a unified national spirit to alleviate these pains that cross sects, regions, and doctrines, and prayed for God's assistance for our marginalized people, who America and its proxies insist on depriving of their resources and wealth.
