The head of the civil registry in Nabatiyeh, Mohammad Dehini, announced through a paper posted at the entrance of his office at the Nabatiyeh Serail that family registration requests will not be accepted due to a lack of documents. He wrote: "I apologize for not accepting family registration requests due to the unavailability of documents on our end, and this will be for an indefinite period."
