Journalist Javier Mayorca reported that a "Learjet 55C" plane crashed in the Chacao Valley area south of Caracas, Venezuela. Mayorca wrote on his personal page: "Firefighters found the wreckage of a 'Learjet 55C' that crashed in the Guachareto sector in the Cristóbal Rojas region. No one survived. According to the latest information, the plane took off with 6 people on board and was headed to Caracas Airport." The "Flightradar" service also confirms this information, stating that the plane was in the air for 29 minutes with this number of passengers before losing speed and altitude in the mentioned area. The journalist added that among the deceased were two crew members and four passengers, including the president of the football club "Estudiantes de Mérida," Cristian Toni.
