The diesel fuel has almost completely disappeared in the northern governorate, and what can be found is available in small quantities at certain stations, where their owners sell a canister for one million or 900 thousand Lebanese pounds, according to the black market price. Companies have not delivered the product to the stations in the area, instead opting to supply it to smugglers who manipulate the canister price.
