IRNA reported Saturday that an informed source indicated that many "disputed points" have been addressed in the Vienna negotiations aimed at reviving the nuclear agreement between Iran and world powers, as delegations are currently discussing ways to implement the potential agreement. The unnamed source stated that "negotiations are currently ongoing regarding tough issues and how to formulate the issues that have agreed upon principles into statements to be included in the document."
He explained that many matters related to sanctions and nuclear issues have been addressed, emphasizing that "work is currently increasing on the third annex concerning implementation and sequencing of the potential agreement." He pointed out that the sequencing issue involves the steps that Iran and the United States need to take for the full implementation of the nuclear agreement signed in 2015, noting that these measures "need to be verified."
The informed source said, "We are discussing the details, and this part is the hardest and longest in the negotiations, but it is absolutely necessary to reach our goal."
