# Nasserallah: Urgent Inquiry into Shipwreck, Accountability for Those Responsible

The Secretary-General of Hezbollah, Sayyed Hassan Nasserallah, commented in a speech during the commemoration of the Night of Decree on the shipwreck incident off the coast of Tripoli, saying: "We must reflect on the painful and tragic catastrophe that occurred in the sea off the city of Tripoli. On this great night, we turn to God Almighty, asking for mercy for those who lost their lives, healing for the injured, and safety and wellbeing for the missing." He called for "an urgent investigation into this incident because the information being reported is very serious, and responsibilities must be determined and those responsible held accountable." He also urged "the ministries and the government to stand by the families affected in their tragedy." Nasserallah added: "As usual, we in Hezbollah are ready for anything that can heal the wounds; we are prepared and will not hesitate at all."
