The Lebanese ambassador in Moscow, Shoukry Bou Nasar, clarified that Russia is not a country of emigration and that the Lebanese community does not exceed 2,500, most of whom are students. This year, 323 voters have registered in Moscow. Bou Nasar mentioned in an interview with MTV that "due to the absence of DHL service in Russia, I will personally accompany the ballot boxes to Lebanon," adding: "The voter turnout will be good in Moscow, and the only barrier that may limit participation is the distance from Moscow, but everything has been facilitated."
