The Egyptian Football Association announced the results of the draw for the matches of the Round of 16 of the Egypt Cup for the season (2021–2022), which took place today, Saturday, at the headquarters of the association with the presence of club representatives. The draw resulted in the following matchups for the Round of 16 of the Egypt Cup:

- ENPPI - Al Ahly Bank
- Pyramids - Ceramica Cleopatra
- Al Ahly - Misr Lel Makasa
- Arab Contractors - Ghazl El Mahalla
- Tala'ea El Gaish - Suez Cement
- Smouha - Kafr El Sheikh.
