Russian Army Warns of Terrorist Attacks on Syrian Ports

Deputy Head of the Russian Reconciliation Center in Syria, Admiral Oleg Kurofalov, confirmed that "the terrorists active in the de-escalation zone in Idlib are planning terrorist attacks in Tartus and Lattakia." He stated, "At the request of the Syrian authorities, the leadership of the Russian Hmeimim airbase has organized round-the-clock patrols in the port and surrounding areas of Lattakia." Kurofalov noted that "the movements of security forces are managed from the air by unmanned aerial vehicles belonging to the Russian Air Force."
