Former U.S. President Donald Trump criticized the situation in his country, stating that America is in a state of decline, pointing out that while blood is being shed in its streets, it still lectures others. He added during a meeting with his supporters in Las Vegas: "We are a nation in decline, and this has never happened before. They have brought our country to its knees, humiliated it before the world, and weakened it. Yet we still dare to lecture other peoples and countries about democracy while our streets are flooded with the blood of innocent people."
He noted that "there will be no country left if we do not stop this rapidly increasing barbarism," emphasizing that the first thing the state needs to do is make it safer. Trump explained that the law has been undermined, and crime prevention policies are weak under the new administration (Biden administration), citing the massacre that took place on July 4 in the suburbs of Chicago as an example. Trump also warned that the country's borders are more poorly protected than ever, and drugs have flooded the nation. It is worth mentioning that the U.S. has recorded over 350 incidents of mass shootings with unregulated firearms since the beginning of this year.
